Support power
Ouch! Bentley had just fallen over in cross country practice. “Ha ha! You’re so bad at running,” said a girl as she ran past him. Bentley felt frightened and worried. This girl always made fun of him during cross country practice. But the worst thing was no one was supporting him, they were all being bystanders.
So Bentley tried to use his Kid Powers but the bully wasn’t stopping. Suddenly the bell rang. Bentley was hurt but he would just have to ignore it; he tried but he couldn’t stop thinking about the bully. On the other hand his friend Jerry felt really bad about what happened. So at lunch time he knew the bully was going to come back and he had a plan.
Ring ring ring! It was time for lunch so Bentley went onto the field and started to play tag. Just as Jerry thought, the girl headed over to them and began to say something mean to Bentley. However this time Jerry stood up for Bentley and the bully started to feel really pressured so she stopped after that. Bentley said thank you and they played tag happily after that. The support of one person can really make a big difference!
